Shipping & Delivery Policy

Important Notice: Pushpa is a ride-hailing service platform. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical goods, merchandise, or items purchased through our platform or promotional campaigns.

1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of physical products ordered through Pushpa, including promotional merchandise, driver kits, and any other tangible items.

2. Applicable Products

This policy applies to:

  • Pushpa branded merchandise (t-shirts, caps, accessories)
  • Driver starter kits and equipment
  • Promotional items and giveaways
  • Physical gift cards or vouchers
  • Any other physical products sold or distributed by Pushpa

3. Service Areas

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: All major cities and towns across India
  • Metro Cities: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Available with extended delivery times
  • Rural Areas: Subject to courier serviceability

3.1 Non-Serviceable Areas

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Military or diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Areas not covered by our courier partners
  • International destinations (currently)

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

4.1 Standard Shipping

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Rural: 7-10 business days
  • Cost: ₹50 per order (Free for orders above ₹500)

4.2 Express Shipping

  • Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
  • Major Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: ₹150 per order
  • Availability: Limited to select pin codes

4.3 Same-Day Delivery

  • Availability: Select areas in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR
  • Order Cutoff: 12:00 PM for same-day delivery
  • Cost: ₹250 per order

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location (pin code)
  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order value (free shipping on orders above ₹500)

5.1 Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on:

  • Orders above ₹500
  • Driver starter kits for verified drivers
  • Promotional campaigns (as specified)
  • Bulk orders (minimum 10 items)

6. Order Processing

6.1 Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Items: 3-5 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 5-7 business days

6.2 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email with order details
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Tracking information once shipped

7. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order through:

  • Pushpa App: Go to "My Orders" section
  • Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • SMS: Tracking updates sent to your registered mobile number
  • Website: Enter your order ID on our tracking page

8. Delivery Process

8.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • You will be notified before each delivery attempt via SMS/call
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse

8.2 Delivery Requirements

  • A valid government-issued ID may be required for delivery verification
  • Someone must be present to receive the package
  • Signature confirmation required for high-value items

8.3 Safe Delivery

For contactless delivery:

  • Package will be left at your doorstep
  • Photo proof of delivery will be captured
  • You will receive delivery confirmation notification

9. Address Changes

Address changes are subject to the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping: Can be changed free of charge by contacting support
  • After Shipping: Contact courier partner directly (additional charges may apply)
  • Incorrect Address: Customer responsible for re-delivery charges

10. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Customs clearance (if applicable)
  • Public holidays

10.1 Delay Compensation

In case of significant delays (more than 5 days beyond estimated delivery):

  • We will investigate and provide updates
  • You may be eligible for shipping fee refund
  • Compensation vouchers may be provided (at our discretion)

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

11.1 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Report within 7 days of expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier partner
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided
  • Investigation may take 7-14 business days

11.2 Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Report to us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund

12. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us as undelivered:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • If no response within 7 days, order will be cancelled and refunded (minus shipping charges)

13. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if international shipping becomes available in the future.

14. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ items):

  • Contact our sales team at sales@pushpa.com
  • Special shipping rates available
  • Customized delivery schedules possible
  • Dedicated account manager assigned

15. Driver Kits

Special terms for driver starter kits:

  • Free shipping for verified drivers
  • Priority processing (1-2 business days)
  • Direct delivery to driver's registered address
  • ID verification required at delivery

16. Gift Wrapping & Special Instructions

  • Gift Wrapping: Available for ₹50 per item
  • Gift Message: Free with gift wrapping
  • Special Instructions: Can be added during checkout

17. Packaging

We ensure secure packaging:

  • Eco-friendly packaging materials used
  • Bubble wrap for fragile items
  • Tamper-proof sealing
  • Branded packaging for premium items

  • Strikes or labor disputes

21. Liability Limitations

Our liability for shipping-related issues is limited to:

  • Refund of shipping charges paid
  • Replacement of lost or damaged items
  • Maximum liability not exceeding the order value

22. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
